Freshmen schedules are pretty set. Most freshmen classes are yearlong. Mrs. Weaver will be meeting with Solutions classes to talk about next semester during the month of November. The college counselor and Mrs. Weaver will take care of college registration, if applicable. Mrs. Weaver will meet with freshmen individually by online appointment in the spring to talk about the sophomore year. Your parents are more than welcome to come at that time. 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students: Schedule a meeting online to meet Mrs. Weaver to talk about course selection. Your parents are more than welcome to come. Meetings will occur starting October 1 and continue until November 22. Schedule a meeting with Mrs. Weaver online at http://ececounseling.youcanbook.me/

That's right. College classes start on Monday. But, ECE has a teacher workday, so there are no high school classes, or buses to and from campus. What an odd start, in my opinion. My advice to students is if you have college class on Monday (check your schedule because many of you don't) then you need to make every effort to be there, especially if it is a developmental math (DMA) class. Have absolutely no way to get to class? Do not fret. Yes, not being there will count as a college absence, but the college is aware of the early college student's situation. Send me an email on Monday if you were unable to attend you college class, and I will contact your instructor, just to again remind them of the situation. But, remember that the absence is still counted as a college absence! One you eat your college syllabus, you can check to see that instructor's attendance policy and plan out your semester. Best of luck on Monday!!! I'll see you on Tuesday. Do you have a question that you feel only a current ECE student could best answer?
Email the student ambassadors at [email protected] Again, I apologize that CCC registration did not go as smoothly as planned. All rising seniors should have made an appointment to meet with me sometime this month, specifically this last week in June. If you have not signed up, do so ASAP. There are not many spots left and the summer is going by very quickly. The meetings are all about you and your future!
A little bit more information.......
